Contemporary Makeover

This whole-house renovation touched every part of this small contemporary home. Originally built in the '70's on a steeply sloped hillside, we uncovered structural deficiencies that had to be resolved before the finishes could get underway. Part of the foundation was replaced, and steel pilings were embedded in the hillside below the deck.

Inside, we installed all new mechanical systems and revised the floor plan layout to better utilize the space.
